Today (9/15/21), Governor Hochul announced that face masks are required in OCFS regulated child care programs. https://www.governor.ny.gov/news/governor-hochul-announces-series-universal-mask-requirements-protect-new-yorkers-amid-rise The mandate applies to all people age 2 and older who are able to medically tolerate a face covering, regardless of vaccination.
