With the upcoming updates to CACFP meal patterns vegetables and fruit will be two separate components at lunch, supper and snack. During this training we will be reviewing ways to introduce children to vegetables and fruits with fun creditable recipes and some gardening activities.  We will also review other upcoming updates in CACFP and record keeping.
